God Help Us All

I'm just going to get started, because I'm about to explode.  This election...ridiculous.  Candidates - lousy, campaign - mudslinging, media - clearly blinded to both parties.  I like to think of myself as an independent.  I share more conservative values, but I value my rights and the rights of all citizens.  I don't play favorites with sides, I rather consider myself an independent because there is enough criticism to go around for all parties.  I'd love to get nostalgic and talk about history, intent, etc, while incorporating issues.  I have a ton of different issues I'd love to discuss, such as: immigration, abortion, feminism, gun control, taxes, upcoming generations, entitlement, welfare and more.  I appreciate comments whether you agree or not.  This is a blog about figuring out what is right, what is fair and what we need to do as citizens to defend our rights.  I will go off sometimes, but I think that is acceptable once in a while, because what we lack today is individuals of passion that are truly dedicated, so going off on a tangent isn't necessarily a bad thing.
